MaryHelen was recommended to me at the most perfect time for my 11/08/2025 wedding. I had planned about 85% of my wedding but had felt a little overwhelmed by the final touches and timeline of the day. With a big bridal party and three different locations we were bouncing between, I know I wouldn't have enjoyed the day if I didn't have some help.

MaryHelen responded quickly to my inquiry and we were able to meet with her to get started right away. She asked all the right questions and picked up on the little things that are easy to forget, like timing of the music, order of the processional, etc. She was even able to meet us at our reception venue during our last walk through and offered suggestions (like placing cocktail tables by the dance floor to set drinks) that were super helpful. Weeks before, MaryHelen took over as the point of contact for all vendors which took a HUGE mental load off of me. Most importantly, she curated a timeline for the day overall AND one specifically for hair/makeup. It was SO helpful to our party and all vendors.

MaryHelen made herself available for the rehearsal to ensure everyone knew where to go & when. When the speakers in the chapel didn't work, she had a backup plan. She even got rid of some of the less attractive decor before I had a chance to notice!

The big day itself went off seamlessly. Mary Helen was professional and so prepared. Cutting straps on dresses and keeping track of time. If something did go wrong, I certainly didn't notice. Everything that was important to us, she made sure it happened. The day was largely stress free and that is due to MaryHelen.

One week later, we can confidently say that MaryHelen was the best investment we made for our wedding day. You will not find someone more efficient, professional, or thorough. Whether you need help from the very beginning or someone to pull it all together day of, she's the one you want.
